TEAM BUILDING TOOLS

Rose Snyder is a licensed trainer in the three leading Team Building Tools used to assess and understand individual differences and how to utilize these differences to advance personal and professional relationships.

Psycho-Geometrics®

In 1978, Dr. Susan Dellinger, communications specialist and author of Communicating Beyond Our Differences: introduced the Psycho-Geometrics® System. This system is an analytical approach to identifying your personal communication style based on the selection of one of five geometric shapes. The system is used in U.S. and multi-national corporations, government agencies, universities, law firms, and non-profit organizations.

Rose is one of only 30 people in the world licensed to deliver the proprietary Psycho-Geometrics® System, the preferred Team Building Tool for Rose Snyder Consulting.

Psycho-Geometrics® is a unique and powerful communication system that maximizes business performance by helping individuals learn to deliver information so your message is received and understood by a teammate.

    Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® or the MBTI is the most widely used instrument for helping people understand normal personality differences and how best to appreciate and utilize these differences to advance both personal and professional relationships.

Rose uses the MBTI to help teams enhance their working relationships by learning to deal effectively with conflict and improve communication. Good decisions come from a team that understands the realities (sensing) as well as one that visualizes new possibilities (intuition). The strong team discovers inconsistencies and consequences (thinking) and understands the importance of preserving the values that made the program strong to begin with (feeling).

    Good teams...
    • Match task to be done with skills and preferences in mind
    • Shift leadership roles when necessary
    • Use and appreciate differences
    • Seek out diversity. Diverse groups and healthy discussion produce better results.

    Real Colors®

The Real Colors® Personality Instrument is a simple, easy to administer system for identifying the four temperaments (Blue, Gold, Green or Orange). It provides users with an effective tool for understanding human behavior, for uncovering motivators specific to each temperament and for improving communication skills. Most importantly, Real Colors® is easy to incorporate into all areas of daily life. It is the key to achieving higher levels of success, personally and professionally.
